If you contact Whakami via email, your shared data is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Data may be stored if necessary (e.g. for our business relationship). After retention periods end or legitimate interest ceases, data will be deleted within 24 months.

➜ Lexware – Accounting Software Customer data (first name, last name, email, company name, address) is securely stored for quotes and invoicing.

➜ Acadle – Online course participant data (first name, last name, company, email, optional profile photo) is shared with Acadle upon registration. Data is stored as long as accounts are active. After two years of inactivity all related data are deleted.
